808 Post Supports Local Health Fair

808 Post’s Sedric Sawyer, New Business Development Director at 808 Post, recently supported the First Annual Patricia Cunningham Health Festival in Downtown Las Vegas. Billed as a community event to provide affordable health care for all citizens, the Patricia Cunningham Health Festival took place Saturday, October 10th, at the Red Moon Dialysis Center at 900 S. Main Street. People attending were offered blood pressure, eye and dental screenings, seasonal flu shots, glucose level tests, and were provided with information on breast cancer, health and fitness advise, and treatment referrals for more serious situations. In addition, there was free food, music and entertainment, and a physicians’ roundtable discussion on topics such as health care reform, the H1N1 virus, and the importance of early detection in medical treatment.
